Collection of usage data when requesting an exposé:
When an exposé is requested, the following data is collected and stored:
1) Name
2) e-mail number
3) Telephone number
4) automatic search criteria
This data will be stored by us if you provide it voluntarily and will only be used to carry out the service you have requested. The data is generally stored for a period of 7 years.
Your data will be passed on to third parties in the following cases

Landlord/Lessor/Seller
For the purpose of implementation and upon request by one of the parties listed, your data will be transferred to them.

In order to fulfill our tasks, we may commission carefully selected service providers (e.g. Internet providers, server operators) who must be given access to your personal data in order to fulfill their services. If the customer expressly requests, we are entitled to pass on the stored data to service providers such as financing institutions, insurance service providers or other service providers necessary to carry out the real estate transaction, such as clearance companies. They are entitled to save the transmitted data in order to implement the desired services.
Collection of usage data when requesting a 3D tour:
A preview of the respective properties is generally anonymous, i.e. H. possible without providing any personal information. In principle, no personal data about you will be collected or processed without your voluntary information. We only store personal data if you provide it to us voluntarily.
Registration:
Before unlocking an object with 3D Tour, you must register and set up a user account. When collecting, storing and processing the personal information you provide (title, name, address, telephone number, email address), we comply with data protection regulations
Usage data:
After an object has been activated, the following data is collected and stored when viewing it online:

Landlord/Lessor/Seller:
We evaluate the usage data together with the landlord/lessor/seller in order to be able to provide evidence of the services we provide. In this case, we will only provide the landlord/lessor/seller with anonymized data, i.e. we will tell you what number of users spent what time in the respective property. The personal data you provided during registration will therefore not be passed on to the landlord/lessor/seller in connection with usage behavior.
